Greensun Encourages Proper Recycling of Cardboard by greensunventures

Currently frustrated Thomaston business owners are handling cardboard waste in inefficient manners of hauling and burning. Cardboard becomes wet and heavy with no cover on open bins and costly to haul. The Griffin Hub Red Bin program is an effective solution. Many owners with 2 bins like Piggie Park are looking forward to this affordable solution to cardboard waste coming to Thomaston.

Thomaston, Georgia Rotary members invited Greensun to update them on the state of recycling in Thomaston.  A film of the Pratt Recycling MRF Facility was viewed and members took part in a dialogue  on how to encourage local residents, businesses and education leaders to recycle.  Single Stream recycling was demonstrated. The Griffin Recycling Hub Commercial Cardboard Collection service will collect cardboard from red bins if 50 local businesses participate.   Greensun is appreciative for the invitation and opportunity to meet with these local community leaders on recycling as an effort in Thomaston beautification.
